Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your appointment please give at least 3 hours notice to allow us time to fill this slot. However unfortunately if you do not cancel within the time frame or don’t arrive to your appointment and wish to book in again in the future we will have to charge you for both the new and missed appointments. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
